The Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind (CCDHHDB) provides free communication technology to those qualified. JoAnne Hirsch, the Program Manager, will discuss the specialized equipment and devices available for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing including Amplified phones, Captioned phones, Wireless & Mobile devices, Ring Signalers, and Personal Amplified Listening Devices and what qualifications exist to take part in this program.
