We will head to the hills to enjoy a day outside in the fresh mountain air. Snow Mountain Ranch’s Nordic Center has more than 120 kilometers of Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and fat tire biking trails accommodating everyone from first-time recreational participants to elite racers. After our morning of snowshoeing, we will enjoy a later (about 12:30) lunch at Randi’s Grill & Pub in Fraser. Lunch is on your own. Entrée range: $15-$36.
