AARP Tax-Aide Foundation will be providing free tax preparation services, targeting low to moderate income seniors and others. The service will be offered Thursdays from February 6th through April 10th at the Louisville Senior and Recreation Center.

Ask a friend or family member. Starting Dec. 12, 2024, they can login and make an appointment for you or add you as a second appointment under their UserID.

Pre-appointment intake booklet, please complete prior to appointment, allow 20 minutes:

• Download from https://cotaxaide.org/docs/i-booklet.pdf
• Available at the Louisville Recreation & Senior Center starting in January
• Fill out the intake booklet to the best of your ability and bring it to your appointment

2025 process, please plan 1-2 hours for your appointment. Arrive 20 minutes early if you have not completed the intake booklet. Bring:
• Photo ID for the taxpayer and spouse
• Social Security card/statement for everyone included on the tax return
• Prior Year (2023) tax returns
• Tax forms - W-2’s and 1099’s for all employment, social security, dividends, interest, etc.
• Bank account (checkbook for routing & account numbers for refunds)
