Beginning Spanish: Stem Changing and Irregular Verbs

This class is a follow-up to the beginning Spanish class taught at the Louisville Rec Center in Fall of 2024. This class is best for Spanish students who are already comfortable with regular verbs in the present tense. We will learn and practice stem-changing and irregular verbs in the present tense. Additionally, we will deepen our understanding of Spanish grammar and add to our Spanish vocabulary. Students will have the opportunity to practice speaking with brief in-class conversations. Homework will be given between classes to further students’ language studies.

 

Book Required: Easy Spanish Step-By-Step,1st edition by Barbara Bregstein.
