Parks and Open Space areas play a vital role in preserving pools of darkness in our urban landscape. Join the Open Space Stargazers to learn how to measure dark sky quality. Stay for some casual stargazing, with great views expected for Jupiter, Mars, and some of our favorite winter constellations. Bring binoculars or a telescope, and a red astronomy flashlight, and warm layers.
