Prescribed Fire 101 & FireSmart Network Launch & Tacos!

Marshall Together is teaming up with the Boulder County Sheriff's Office for an evening focused on wildfire resilience and preparedness.
5:30 PM – FireSmart Network Launch + Tacos!

  • Join Marshall Together, Louisville Fire Protection District (LFPD), and Mountain View Fire Rescue (MVFR) outside the Superior Community Center to learn about the new FireSmart Network—a program to train and equip residents to respond to small outdoor fires.
  • Enjoy delicious food from a taco truck while connecting with your neighbors!

 

6:30 PM – Prescribed Burns Talk with Sheriff Johnson
Join Boulder County Sheriff Curtis Johnson and the Sheriff's Fire Management team to learn more about prescribed fire and wildfire mitigation work being done in Boulder County and planned areas west of Superior.
