Trip: The Art of Cheese-Cheesemaking Class with Farm Tour

During this class, students will get hands-on experience making their own homemade cheese. Participants will actually get to make their own chevre goat cheese and take home some of their homemade creation. At the end of class, we’ll tour the farm. The classroom is accessible, however, the farm is not.
