CenterStage brings this play uniquely to life by moving the audience and actors through three different locations in historic Louisville during the course of the play. This show is an immersive, traveling production, with Act 1 at the Louisville Center for the Arts, Act 2 outdoors on The Louisville Historical Museum grounds and Act 3 in CenterStage’s Black Box theatre on Front Street. For Saturday and Sunday shows, audience members can choose to order a picnic sandwich with their ticket to enjoy on the Historical Museum grounds during the break between Acts 1 and 2 (or they may bring their own picnic dinner). This production stars several Louisville residents, including our city councilman, Chris Leh, as Doc Gibbs. Please note – this production requires walking/travel across approximately 10 city blocks.
