Jean Wright, Organizational Consultant, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
For 25 years, Jean Wright has partnered with financial regulatory, military, and other federal leaders to support their organizational and leadership development needs. Ms. Wright works closely with OCC executives to institute enterprise change management. She coaches federal, non-profit, and private industry executive clients and is an adjunct faculty member of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program. She earned a B.S. in Information and Technology Science from UMUC; M.S. in Human Resources Management, UMUC; Certificate in Leadership Coaching, Georgetown University; ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential (since 2008 with 1000+ hours of coaching experience); Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner; certified in a variety of team and individual assessment tools.

Jean Wright from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) will share the project- and people-side of OCC’s enterprise change management efforts, key elements of success, and lessons learned. Within two years, OCC moved from an organization that applied a few inconsistent change management tactics to a few projects to an organization with a comprehensive approach and structure for managing change. OCC’s success story is a testament to change management principles. While the transformation is noticeable, OCC is not finished strengthening its change capability.
