Before the class, you’ll get a mini cheese kit that contains the culture and cheesecloth needed for these cheeses along with the recipes (available for pick up at the Senior Center, details TBD). Then when you come to the Zoom class, you’ll learn all about how to buy the right milk for the cheeses and see the step-by-step process to make this cheese on your own afterwards. You’ll even get a virtual farm tour to meet the goats on Kate’s farm, Briar Gate Farm, located just west of Longmont. After the live class you’ll also receive a recording that you can refer back to when you’re ready to make your own cheese!
