DESCRIPTION:<p>Local Louisville author Leah Angstman reads from and discusses her new debut historical novel, <i>Out Front the Following Sea</i>, an epic tale of a brutal 17th-century New England during King William's War and how the conflict plays out on English and French settlers and their Native American allies, along with a cast of Quakers, highwaymen, pirates, witch hunters, soldiers, and townsfolk dragged into the fray. </p><p>A Q&amp;A session will follow the reading, and book copies will be available for sale and for signing. </p><p>Leah is the vice chair of the Louisville Historical Commission, liaison to the Historic Preservation Commission, a business sponsor of the Louisville Historical Foundation, and a volunteer at the history museum. <a href="https://leahangstman.com/out-front-the-following-sea/" target="_blank">Find out more</a> information about the book.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/local-author-leah-angstman-tickets-233914082317" target="_blank">Registration is required</a>.&nbsp;If you register, please attend.
