Davidson Mesa Dog Off-Leash Area Open as of April 27

The Davidson Mesa Dog Off-leash Area has been reopened as of 3:30 PM on Thursday, April 27, 2023.

For up to date information on Davidson Mesa Dog Off-leash Area status, call the HOWL line at 303-335-HOWL (4695).

The Community Park Dog Park is also open and the Davidson Mesa Trail System is open to dogs on a leash up to 10 feet. Information on closures can be obtained by signing up for e-notifications, following us on Facebook, checking our website or from the signs located at the entrance to the off-leash area.

The Davidson Mesa Dog Off-Leash area may experience temporary closures for routine maintenance or due to unfavorable wet or muddy conditions. These closures are for the protection of our natural resources in addition to the safety of our canine and human users.  Please contact the Ranger Naturalists with any questions at 303-335-4770 or rangers@louisvilleco.gov.
